Wenn wir z.B. merken, dass wir zu wenig Zeit haben, um die Arbeit zu erledigen, dann sinkt oft unsere Leistung. Wir f\u00fchlen uns wie gel\u00e4hmt und verlieren die Ruhe &amp; Gelassenheit, die f\u00fcr gute Entscheidungen notwendig sind. Das verursacht wiederum noch mehr Stress und so sinkt die Leistung weiter und weiter. Die Wissenschaftler nennen das die <strong>Abw\u00e4rtsspirale <\/strong><strong>von Annahmen. Erstens: Sie gehen davon aus, dass die Auswirkungen von Stress nur negativ sind. Zweitens, sie nehmen an, dass die einzige M\u00f6glichkeit, dieses Problem zu l\u00f6sen, darin besteht, Stress zu vermeiden oder zu bek\u00e4mpfen.
