Das ganze Team steht jetzt in einem schlechten Licht.<\/li><li>Die F\u00fchrungskraft hat einer Mitarbeiterin nicht gesagt, dass er mit ihr nicht einverstanden sind. Jetzt muss er herausfinden, wie er den Kurs korrigieren kann, ohne die Person zu \u00fcberrumpeln.<\/li><li>Es wurde aufgeschoben, jemanden zu entlassen. Nun muss die F\u00fchrungskraft tagt\u00e4glich Schadensbegrenzung betreiben, weil die Moral im Team so niedrig ist.<\/li><li>Die F\u00fchrungskraft hat gesagt, etwas sei &#8220;gro\u00dfartig&#8221;, obwohl es das in Wirklichkeit nicht ist. Daf\u00fcr sind wir als F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte prim\u00e4r da. Verlasse ich nun aber diesen Weg, dann ver\u00e4ndert sich der Massstab f\u00fcr den Erfolg als F\u00fchrungskraft von &#8220;Erf\u00fcllen wir unseren Auftrag?&#8221; zu &#8220;Was denkt das Team von mir?&#8221;. Stattdessen m\u00f6chte aber die F\u00fchrungskraft, dass ihre Entscheidungen, Handlungen und sie selbst von den anderen als positiv wahrgenommen werden.<\/p><p>Oder anders ausgedr\u00fcckt: Wenn eine F\u00fchrungskraft sich darum k\u00fcmmert, &#8220;nett zu sein&#8221;, sagt sie im Grunde: &#8220;Die Bed\u00fcrfnisse meines Teams als Ganzes sind nicht so wichtig wie die Wahrnehmung von mir als Einzelperson.&#8221;<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Was kann man also tun, um eine zu \u00abnette\u00bb Team- oder Unternehmenskultur auf ein gesundes Niveau zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren?
