Denn es geht um wichtige Themen wie Bef\u00f6rderungen, Gehaltserh\u00f6hungen oder Bonuszahlungen. Diese wichtigen Entscheidungen wollen gut durchdacht und begr\u00fcndet sein.<\/p><p>Fragt man F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, wozu diese das Jahresgespr\u00e4ch nutzen, antwortet nach wie vor eine Vielzahl, dass diese prim\u00e4r dazu dienen, den Mitarbeitenden Feedback zu geben.
